Happy Birthday Braden!

As many of you know every year we spend the weekend of Braden's birthday in the Boise/Nampa Valley. This year was no different except that we surprised Braden with a few extra guests. Heath's mom and sister's girls got to go with us! It was quite the trip this year! We all went to see Braden in his class in Nampa and then spent the evening at Julia Davis Park in Boise. All of the kids had fun following the ducks around and trying to climb trees.

On Saturday we attended Braden's 9th birthday party and had a lot of fun playing in the climbers and ball pit! Afterward, we took Braden, Kenidee and the cousins to Boondocks and played miniature golf, Lazar tag, bumper boats and lots of token/ticket games. It was a busy weekend but we had a blast!

As some of you may not know yet, my daughter LOVES to pose for pictures! I have a hard time getting her to just look at the camera and smile! I think it's cute anyway!

The ball pit was a huge success! The kids enjoyed covering each other up with the balls as well as throwing them at each other. To bad they got in trouble for that! (I don't even want to imagine what is in that ball pit! YUCK!)

The kids had a lot of fun golfing. It was a very busy day and everyone slept well that night!

I guess it's time to join the world of blogging! I started this way back in November of 2007 when my cousin in Oklahoma sent her invitation out for everyone to join her beautiful family's blog! (Thanks Re!) I have just never made the time to continue to work on it! Needless to say, this is a work in progress! Here it is!

SPRING BREAK 2008!

This year we decided to take a family trip out of the country! Some of you may think we are crazy for deciding to pull a camp trailer 1200 miles to Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, but that is exactly what we did! Guess what? We're doing it again next year and as many times after that as we can! It was amazing! The kids had a blast and it was so relaxing!
